Terms of Service
1. About the service
Ranga Casino is a community roleplay tool for player registration, virtual casino records, Poker, Horse Racing, Raffles and associated Discord features. These Terms cover the website at bigrangacasino.com and its casino Discord application. Selecting the Peyote Casino theme changes presentation within the same service; it does not create a separate account or wallet.
These Terms apply from 16 October 2026 and are presented for acceptance during registration. You must also follow the applicable game-server rules, casino community rules and Discord's terms.
2. Roleplay funds only
All cash, chips, buy-ins, wagers, prizes, deposits and cashouts described by this service refer to virtual, in-game assets. The website does not accept real-money gambling deposits, process real-currency withdrawals or offer conversion of casino balances into real-world money. Do not use it for real-money betting or unlawful activity.
One Poker or Racing chip represents $1 of in-game cash for casino accounting. Cash, Poker chips and Racing chips are recorded separately. This valuation does not make the wallet types automatically interchangeable.
3. Registration and account access
You must sign in with Discord and belong to the official Ranga Casino Discord server. Register your Character Name, in-game phone number and either your Twitch username or the option that you do not have a Twitch account. Use an in-game phone number, not a real personal telephone number. Do not impersonate another player.
Submitting registration requests the Registered Gambling Addict Discord role. Your account remains pending until a Casino Manager confirms your registration in-game and activates it. The role alone does not approve play. Continued access depends on current server membership and account eligibility.
Keep your Discord account and private game links secure. Never share private hand access or use another player's account. Staff will not ask for your Discord or Twitch password.
4. Wallet deposits and records
A wallet deposit request is a record of a proposed in-game handover. It becomes available balance only when a Casino Manager confirms receipt of the correct cash or chips and approves it. Pending requests are not spendable credit. Review the unit, amount and receipt, and report discrepancies to Management.
The launch wallet supports approved deposits and Poker-chip buy-ins. It does not provide self-service wallet withdrawals, exchanges between cash and chip wallets, or automatic return of game cashouts to a wallet. Existing game cashouts use the staff-operated physical in-game payment process. Speak to Management about available handling before depositing; do not assume every balance can be used in every game.
Corrections are recorded with a reason and linked evidence. Correcting a mistaken credit is not a withdrawal or deletion of the original receipt.
5. Joining games
Dealers can open Poker tables for registration. You may request an allowed buy-in using your Poker-chip wallet or chips handed directly to the dealer. Wallet-funded requests reserve the requested chips while pending. Dealer confirmation captures the reservation and admits you; physical-chip requests require the dealer to confirm the counted amount.
A join request is not a confirmed seat. Table capacity, eligibility and game state still apply. Cancellation or rejection releases an unspent wallet reservation. Follow the dealer's instructions about when you can enter play or cash out.
Horse Racing wagers and raffle ticket purchases follow their staff-operated workflows and the terms of the particular race or raffle. A website game link does not itself place a wager or buy a ticket. Raise disputes about a recorded action, result or prize with the responsible staff member or Management.
6. Redemption taxes
The initial Poker redemption tax is 15% and the initial Racing redemption tax is 25%. These are in-game casino deductions on the total amount redeemed, not only on profit. For example, a 100-chip redemption at 15% has a 15-dollar deduction and an 85-dollar in-game payout.
Management may update the rates for future cashout receipts. The rate in force when a receipt is created is recorded with that receipt's gross amount, tax and net amount. Later rate changes do not rewrite existing receipts. A rate shown when you join a game is not a promise that it will remain unchanged until cashout. Check the displayed rates and your receipt with staff. These casino deductions are not government taxes.
7. Statistics, fresh registration and Test games
Your private statistics explain their definitions and qualifying samples. Overall before-tax profit/loss combines recorded closed-session Poker results and settled Racing results. Depositing funds is not gambling profit. Raffle prize values are not recorded, so raffle activity can make a complete overall profit/loss total unavailable; the known Poker and Racing subtotal remains separate.
The overhaul begins a fresh registration and player-statistics period. Returning players must register and complete activation again. Earlier game, financial and audit evidence remains available for appropriate historical administration. A fresh statistics view does not erase records, settle outstanding obligations or authorise confiscating balances.
Manager-only Test games use synthetic players and funds, with separate records. They do not change real player wallets or statistics and do not send live Discord game announcements.
8. Fair play, availability and restrictions
Do not cheat, collude, exploit defects, manipulate records, bypass staff approvals, expose private cards or use unauthorised automation. Report errors rather than repeatedly exploiting them. Management may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect accounts or enforce community rules.
The service may be interrupted for faults or maintenance. Staff may pause play and make documented corrections where appropriate. Statistics describe recorded play and can be incomplete; they are not a guarantee of results. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy, changes and contact
The Privacy Policy explains account data, game records, necessary cookies, authorised staff access, Discord delivery and privacy requests. Ranga Casino is independent of Discord and Twitch and is not endorsed by them.
Approved revisions will be published with their version and effective date. Registration records the document versions accepted. Contact Casino Management through the official Ranga Casino Discord server for account, record or Terms questions.
