Privacy Policy
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Ranga Casino handles information for its roleplay casino website, Discord application and game administration. The Peyote Casino theme uses the same account and records. In-game cash and chip records do not represent real-money deposits or banking accounts.
2. Information we collect
- Discord identity and eligibility: Discord user ID, username or display name, relevant server nickname, server membership and role information used for access and staff permissions. An internal player identifier links your casino records; Discord is the external account link.
- Registration: Character Name, in-game phone number, optional Twitch username or no-Twitch choice, registration and activation status, staff decisions, dates, accepted Terms/Privacy versions and theme preference.
- Wallet and admission records: cash/Poker-chip/Racing-chip deposit requests, amounts, handover references, approvals, rejections, corrections, balances, Poker buy-in requests, reservations and dealer confirmations.
- Game records: Poker table and seat assignments, hands and actions, buy-ins, rebuys, cashouts and results; Racing wagers, stakes, odds, results and redemption records; raffle purchases, tickets, draws and winners; recorded tax terms and derived statistics.
- Operations and security: event timestamps, staff actions, delivery status, login/session and security records, and technical request information such as IP addresses or browser details where processed by the website, hosting or security services.
Discord handles your sign-in credentials. We do not ask for or intentionally collect your Discord or Twitch password, bank details or payment-card information. Please do not put real personal phone numbers or unrelated sensitive information in registration fields or handover references.
3. How we use information
We use these records to identify your account, check Discord membership and permissions, register and activate you, request your registered role, run games, deliver authorised private game access, confirm in-game funds, calculate statistics, investigate discrepancies or abuse, and maintain accountable casino records.
If the optional Twitch checker is enabled, the service can look up a supplied Twitch username and compare registered names with Twitch's chat-presence list for the abigranga channel. Authorised staff can view the relevant check. Chat presence is not proof that someone is watching a stream. Providing a username does not grant access to your Twitch account.
4. Cookies and sign-in
The website uses necessary cookies and session mechanisms to keep you signed in, protect forms and control private game access. Blocking them may prevent sign-in or game features. Logging out ends the relevant website session; it does not erase game history. Discord and other linked services handle their own sign-in and cookies under their own policies.
5. Who can see information
Your player account, wallet and personal statistics pages are private to your authenticated account. Authorised staff have access appropriate to registration review, deposits, game operation, dispute handling, security or management reporting. Management's historical reporting is separate from your fresh player-statistics view.
Public game displays and configured Discord channels can show player or character names, table participation, public game actions, results and raffle winners. This does not make your full wallet history, in-game phone number or private account statistics public. Private hand credentials and unrevealed cards are not included in public game announcements. Authorised game administration may still require access to private game records.
Discord processes sign-in, membership checks, role updates, commands and configured messages. Relevant private receipts or game links may be delivered to you or authorised staff through Discord. Hosting providers store and operate the service; Cloudflare handles web traffic and security. Twitch processes optional username/chat checks. These providers may process data outside your country. Ranga Casino does not sell your personal information.
Service providers receive information needed for their role. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law. Discord and Twitch apply their own privacy policies to their services.
6. Fresh start and retention
The overhaul requires fresh registration and starts a new player-statistics period. It does not automatically delete earlier profiles, game history, financial receipts, consent records or audit evidence. Retained records support account continuity, outstanding obligations, historical accuracy and investigation of disputes. Manager Test games use separate synthetic records and do not enter real player balances or statistics.
We retain information only while needed for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law. Necessary game and accounting evidence may outlast active registration. This does not give us a blanket right to keep personal identifiers indefinitely. Requests to delete Discord-derived data are handled under Discord's requirements and applicable law; historical audit needs alone do not override those requirements.
Where appropriate, game evidence may be retained with identifying details removed or anonymised. Leaving the Discord server, revoking app access or hiding old statistics does not itself delete stored casino records. Contact Management to request deletion. Backups and operational logs are included in the assessment of what remains and how it will be handled.
7. Access, corrections and deletion requests
Contact Casino Management through the official Ranga Casino Discord server to request access to your data, correct it, or request deletion. Describe the request without sending passwords or private hand links. We may ask for reasonable evidence that you control the affected account before disclosing or changing its data.
Management will review the request, identify relevant records and explain the action taken or any applicable reason a particular record must remain. Correcting a financial or game event ordinarily adds a documented correction; handling personal-data deletion is a separate process. An audit trail does not replace handling a privacy request. The website does not currently offer a self-service account-deletion button.
8. Security and policy changes
We use secure connections, access controls and restricted staff functions to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your Discord account and private links secure and report suspected unauthorised access to Management.
