Ranga Casino Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of the Ranga Casino Discord application and associated web services.
By registering for or using Ranga Casino, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of the Service
Ranga Casino provides tools for recreational roleplay casino games, including poker table administration, game statistics, player registration and associated Discord functionality.
No Real-Money Gambling
Ranga Casino does not provide or facilitate:
- Real-money gambling.
- Deposits or withdrawals of real currency.
- Cash wagering.
- Real-world financial betting accounts.
- Conversion of Ranga Casino chips or statistics into real-world money.
Users must not use Ranga Casino to conduct unlawful gambling or activity prohibited by applicable law, Discord policies, or the rules of the associated gaming community.
Player Profiles
Player profiles may be associated with a Discord account using the user's Discord account identifier.
Users must not:
- Impersonate another registered player.
- Knowingly provide false registration information.
- Share private poker-hand access with another player.
- Attempt to access another player's private information.
- Exploit or interfere with game state.
- Use unauthorised automated tools to obtain an unfair advantage.
Poker and Game Records
Ranga Casino may record game actions, results, virtual buy-ins, virtual cash-outs and related statistics.
Statistics and game results may be displayed to community members through leaderboards, player profiles, Discord commands or other Ranga Casino interfaces.
Fair Play
Users are expected to follow applicable game rules and any additional rules established by Ranga Casino administrators.
Cheating, collusion, credential sharing or deliberate exploitation of technical defects may result in suspension or removal from Ranga Casino services.
Availability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Ranga Casino does not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every game result or statistic will be free from technical error.
Administrators may correct game state or statistical records where reasonably necessary to address technical or administrative errors.
Suspension and Access
Ranga Casino administrators may restrict or revoke access where reasonably necessary because of abuse, cheating, security concerns, violations of these Terms, violations of Discord policies or disruption of casino services.
Privacy
Use of personal information is governed by the Ranga Casino Privacy Policy.
Discord
Ranga Casino is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc.
Users remain responsible for complying with Discord's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and policies.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as Ranga Casino develops. The current version will remain available at this URL.
